Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage activates the flow of lymphatic fluid through the superficial and deep lymphatic vessels in the body. These vessels are responsible for collecting and removing waste products from tissues. The procedure is extremely effective for people with tired and swollen limbs, the initial stage of varicose veins, and fluid retention.

The procedure can be carried out by a massage therapist or on special equipment. Suitable for all ages, but prescribed by a doctor based on health conditions.

Types of lymphatic drainage:

  • Galvanization – massage with microcurrent effect on nerve and muscle tissues. It is performed at low frequencies, at low voltage, which improves lymph and blood circulation, and also has a general health effect on the body.
  • Electrophoresis is a non-invasive method of introducing drugs into the body, in which medicinal substances penetrate the skin through a low-frequency electric current. In sports medicine, it is used to administer painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs.
  • Vacuum lymphatic drainage – negative pressure massage. Stimulates metabolic processes at the cellular level and blood circulation, tones muscles, and regulates lymph flow.

Pressotherapy

Pressotherapy – a special apparatus is used that surrounds parts of the body, is filled with air, and, by increasing and decreasing pressure in certain areas, massages the body and normalizes the outflow of lymph. This technology promotes detoxification, weight loss, and cellulite reduction. The action is directed to the venous and lymphatic flow, starting from the ankles and gradually moving to the upper thighs and body. Improves blood circulation and lymph flow promotes the removal of intercellular fluid, relieves swelling and swelling, and relieves leg fatigue. Not recommended for deep vein thrombosis, pain or numbness in the legs, local infection, or heart failure. Manual lymphatic drainage – different types of massage – superficial and deep.

This method leads to a number of benefits for health and appearance – it removes excess fluid and toxins from the body, improves blood and lymph circulation, normalizes the functioning of internal organs, improves metabolic processes, and slows down premature aging.

Devices operating with multipolar radio frequency and magnetic field

The multi-polar radio frequency evenly penetrates the treated area. It heats the tissue to a depth of 3.5 cm, which covers fat deposits and cellulite. The supplied energy is concentrated in the affected area and accelerates metabolism, blood circulation, and lymph flow. Fatty acids seep through the damaged integrity of the cell membrane and are excreted from the body, entering the lymph and excreted by the kidneys. The production of collagen and elastin is stimulated, and the skin becomes smoother and toned.

Pulsating magnetic fields – stimulate the blood supply to the treated area and the formation of new blood vessels. Improves blood flow to cells and their enrichment with nutrients and oxygen.

This type of procedure is done once or twice a week. About 8-10 procedures are needed to achieve good results. Together with them, you should follow a proper diet – avoid fried foods and drink about 2 liters of water daily.
